  • WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

    Fees vary based on the complexity of your return and the services you need. We offer a free initial consultation to learn more about your tax situation, followed by a custom quote once we've reviewed your most recent federal and state tax returns. Your personalized quote will be provided in writing via email, so there are no surprises.


    Minimum fees for service:

    • Individual tax returns (Form 1040) - $450
    • Individual tax return with small business (1040 with Schedule C) - $700
    • Partnership or S corporation tax returns (Forms 1065/1120S) - $1,025 
    • Nonprofit tax returns (Form 990) - $800
    • One-hour consultation or meeting - $250
  • DO YOU OFFER A FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION?

    Yes! We offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation to get acquainted, learn more about your tax needs, and explore whether we are the right fit. This meeting is informal and conversational. It is not a depe dive into your return, and no tax advice is provided at this stage.

  • HOW FAST CAN I RECEIVE MY TAX REFUND AFTER THE TAXES ARE FILED?

    If you choose to have your refund direct-deposited into your bank account, you can often see it in as little as one week. 


    The IRS offers information on their "Where's My Refund" site, where you can check the status of your refund.

  • WHAT CAN I EXPECT WITH YOUR PROCESS?

    1. Engagement Letter - We'll start each year by reviewing and signing the engagement letter to confirm the scope of the work.
    2. Upload Documents - Once signed, you'll upload your tax documents to my secure portal. 
    3. Annual Questionnaire - After we receive your documents, we'll send a short questionnaire to gather key details. 
    4. Tax Preparation - We'll begin preparing your return and will reach out if we need any clarification. 
    5. Draft & Invoice - When your return is ready, we'll upload a draft for review and send your invoice. We're happy to discuss the return and answer any questions.
    6. E-file Authorization - Upon payment, you'll receive a secure e-sign link to authorize electronic filing. 
    7. Final Copy & Portal Cleanup - After filing, we'll upload a final copy for your records and remove all other documents from the portal.
